Meditation Journal Added

Hello …  Thanks again for checking out ZenDonut.  I appreciate your attention.

I’ve added a simple, one page, printable Meditation Journal to use to track your meditation progress.  It’s self explanatory, and easy to use.  I will definitely spend more time explaining the value of meditation in the very near future and how this journal can help, but I wanted to make sure this tool was added to the website for your use.  Meditation is a key element of my 3E framework.

I’ve left sufficient room for you to use a 3-hole punch on the left margin if you would like.  Otherwise, I’ve found that a simple manila folder with printed copies that are filled in by hand works very nicely.

 Of course, comments or recommendations for changes to this tool are always welcomed.  Thanks again.
