I firmly believe, and have experienced, that anyone can follow a set of practices that not only reduce stress, but also add to productivity, creativity, and ability to innovate.  This can be accomplished through a combination of meditation, productivity improvements, and mental/mind training.

Many of the blogs to which I subscribe are great at “life hacking”, productivity, Getting Things Done (GTD), and even meditation and zen philosophies.  However, in my opinion, few create a holistic view of how to work effectively that mysterious, amorphous, gelatinous, blob stuck in your cranium.  Productivity is key, and I plan to add to this area as well.  However, even the most efficient worker will clear their workload quickly and find that leaves them with time for themselves.  I’m here to help prepare you for when that time arrives.
